Had to submit my CV and a Cover Letter for the position. 2. Once I submitted this I received an email a week or two later asking me to fill out some questions, so that the company had a better idea of who I am. Quite generic, and gave me an opportunity to expand on my CV with past experiences. 3. Along with the questionnaire had to come up with an innovation in sport that could help aid officiating. I presented my idea in my interview. 4. Then had an interview. I was abroad at the time so they conducted this remotely over Skype. 5. Had a remote technical assessment. Given vague instructions on how to use some of their bespoke software and had to complete a task. This was a little tricky, but if you read the instructions properly it makes it a lot easier. Knowledge of IP addresses could come in handy here.
