Hiring process consisted of 3 interviews. First one was a quick five minute phone interview where I was asked about my current and past employment history. Second, I was asked to come in to meet with the HR Manager 1:1. I was asked very typical interview questions, (ie: strengths/weaknesses, where do you see yourself in 10 years, any problems with co-workers, describe a problem you had in the past and how you dealt with it, etc.). Last interview was with the Department that I would be working in to meet and get interviewed by the staff.

Two interviews, one with HR and one with the team's supervisor. The whole interview process took about one week. First the interview and then received an invitation for the second in the next day or two. Offer letter came soon after the second interview. Relatively casual vibe and they were very nice.
