It was pretty efficient, I was phone screened. Then a week later was told to come into office for face to face interview. I was shown around(cool office), and then sat in a meeting room. I was interviewed by someone at the same level as the psotion I applied for, mid-level supervisor, and department director(through phone call). Plan to be there for awhile. Over all the questions where thorough, and tried to see if I was a fit personally and as far as my actual knowledge. It wasn't bad, but interesting attitude of people around, kind of stuck up. Especially at the end, I was told to bring in a new application form despite already applying online?? They were surprised and I figured it was a communication error, and I told them a HR person told me to do so. Then they say that person quit, so I was extremely confused...the place was obviously disorganized
