Woof... the hiring manager was... a mess to put it nicely. Doesn't look like she works there anymore so maybe the process has improved. But she hung up in the middle of an interview because she double booked herself. Talk about unprofessional? Without saying anything, she literally hung up in the middle of talking. Come on. Then called back 30+ min later to explain... She couldn't remember what my resume said, what position I was interviewing for, and what salary we had discussed. After getting hired, I was not 100% sure she was *all there* and I did feel sorry for her, clearly in over her head. But I have no idea how she got to be in that position. After that, interviewing with the actual employees was fine but from the front end HR was abysmal.
