BEWARE. Recruiter reached out to me so I met with the hiring manager outside of the office in a casual diner, which should have been the first red flag. It was difficult to get a feel for the organization and culture. The hiring manager was too upbeat and had no background in this industry/department. I was asked to complete an assignment, I got the feeling from their questions in person and on the assignment that they are just "interviewing" candidates to get ideas to use. One of the questions didn't make sense and was asked in a way that I could tell they have no idea what they are doing. I was told the business is "growing rapidly," but I did not get that impression at all. They can't maintain a company just because a princess wore one of their dresses. I honestly think they do not know what they are doing and are just interviewing people to use their ideas and not hiring any of them. I'm actually upset for completing the assignment because they are probably using my ideas right now. I recommend staying far, far away.
