I was given five minutes notice for two of the four interview stages (scheduled on the same morning). I didn't know until the first interviewer started sending me text messages as I was dropping my son off at nursery. I had to take the interview calls in the car. Rejected at third stage (panel). Feedback was contradictory, the lead interviewer thanked me and said my presentation was great, feedback from the recruitment team suggested otherwise and that my presentation on the generic customer example was too generic. Interviewers were polite, courteous and knowledgable, but the disorganised process and poor communication has put me off applying for Hashicorp again.

Behavioral interview process. Being asked questions about how would you address certain situations. You get to know the interviewer and vice versa. There is also a technical interview asking about projects etc.
