Process is good but initially agreed for a salary range and then after clearing all rounds they say it is possible as am an internal employee with external offer and applied for the role internally. Once all rounds were cleared they said due to hr policy they cant give any hike I should go with current ctc, if that is case why they didnt say upfront and wastee my time..
