Attended first interview with a HR generalist via video call. The interviewer was late and was cold and distant throughout the meeting - bad first impression! The interviewer lacked the knowledge of the role I would expect them to have and at times assumed they knew more about my specialist subject than I did. This left me with a negative view of Hasbro and whether I want to join the company anyway. It is one thing to have the hiring manager say you are not qualified for the job but something else for an over-assuming HR to dismiss you.
