Entrevista
Two interview process, for a perm/full time role.
First interview was about 3 hours, 1 on 1 chats with about 10 people back to back. They were great people. Easy and casual but it's also exhausting repeating yourself for that long when expected to go over your work again and again...you start wondering "did I already say that? Or did I only say it to the last person?"
The second interview was where it went downhill, there were 4 people, and they didn't know what position I was applying for and seemed very unprepared. Some would interrupt me with a question about a different project while I was presenting on something else. It was a bit rude and threw me off. I started getting nervous after that point and it was disappointing when you realize you're definitely not getting that job. I just took it as a positive thing that I didn't get an offer, if they're always that disorganized then maybe I shouldn't work there.

Around 1h process, talked with a leader and her assistant. Discussed mainly about my portfolio, and will asked some common questions, like how did you handle with the conflict between group members... Not bad experience

This was for a contract position on the pony team. It was one interview, straightforward. They asked me to walk through some portfolio projects. It was very relaxed. It was done through a video call because this was during the pandemic. There were 3 people, all women which was cool.
