Phone screening with HR for half-hour. Then invited onsite for in-person interview which consists of a 30 min interview with HR Director and then 1 hour with the rest of the team. I interviewed with a panel of 10 people on that day. There were so many people firing questions at you, honestly felt more like an interrogation than an interview. I prepared some questions at the end but barely had time to ask any before they ended the interview abruptly. After the interview, I sent thank you emails and then followed up but they said they needed a month to make the final decision. More than a month has gone by and I've never heard from them. I was very prepared and enthusiastic about the role, and have spent a lot of time researching their programs, but because of this experience, I don't I would apply to a specific department again.
