Entrevista
Initial phone interview, then 3 or 4 more interviews with the department and HR. Intense and somewhat long process. Be prepared and know about the company and the department. They will ask every interview question you could expect so if you're only half prepared, it will be difficult. You will meet one on one, as well as in a group with the department. Have questions ready and make sure you know why Harvard is a place you would want to work.
The interview process is chaotic and you need to really chase people. I applied for a job in August, had no less than 10 rounds of interviews, and did not receive an offer until mid November. The interviews are also very surface level and repetitive, as you are saying essentially the same thing but to different team members. Its really not worth it unless you are applying for a very high level position

The first round of interviews consisted of a one way video recording. I was asked to answer several complex questions, the answer was limited to being 90 seconds in length, and I was informed that redoing a recorded answer would potentially be penalized.

Good interview and gave good insight! I have no complaints but to increase the wages due to inflation and the high rent in Boston. Overall 8.5/10 Good luck on your interview!
