Went through several rounds of the interview process before being completely ghosted. One round included completing a substantial amount of work for the office I was interviewing for. The office never responded or provided feedback on the process.

Entrevista
The preliminary interview was a phone Interview. I was told the next steps but never heard back until I checked in about a month and a half later to see if the position was filled. I was told it wasn't but they had a freeze do to the time of year being incredibly busy and that I was still in the running. Later that week I got the rejection email.

got denied 8 months after application. There were no humans to speak with . I had all the qualification of the application. Their job listing much not be up to date
A phone interview that lasted around 30 minutes and then invited to go to campus where I had to give a talk and then have interviews with select members of their staff. It was a whole day process and the put me in a hotel.
