They saw my resume and gave me a call and said it seems like I would be a great fit for their company. They gave me a brief overview of the company and informed me of the training I would need to do online to become certified which was the training then I would be tested . I passed the test with 100% and received my certification. This took me about a week complete. Your are tested after each training phase. You can go at your own pace but this should be done in a timely fashion.
