The interview process was very thorough and very professional. The person that interviewed me was genuine and personable. I thought they were very knowledgeable with respect to answering my questions and very transparent. They seemed to relate to me and was interested in knowing if I would be a good fit for the company. They wanted to find out if I could work in and thrive in an environment where a person has to set their own commitments and keep their own commitments. They provided some great background information on the company and the business model itself.
