First I replied to a craigslist ad for the opening and received an e-mail reply. I was invited to join what they called a conference call for 30 minutes. I did it and it turned out to be 40 minutes of listening to someone, which sounded canned not a live person. There was no way for me to participate in the "conference" such as make a comment or ask a question. So I did e-mail my queries and mostly they were answered. I was made to feel some time pressure and that I was competing with others but, as I went on that didn't seem to be quite accurate. Dozens of e-mails later I finally found out that I would need to pay for ads to recruit people unless I posted in smaller cities or towns. That's in addition to the requirement to buy Legal Shield. I cut my losses and did not go further before laying out any money. If some other reviews are correct this seems to work for some people but we need more reviews. I encourage others who have gone through some or all of the interview process to write reviews so we have a larger (therefore more reliable likely) impression of this company's interview process. You will be an independent contractor if you go ahead and you will have an initial two or three hours of training. I don't know if the latter gives the chance to ask questions.
