First an interaction between parties in a couple of e-mails, then an initial 1 hour Skype interview. A short wait about 1 week then another 45 minute interview.I was contacted 10 days later to confirm that I was the likely candidate and we started to negotiate. I was appointed 5 days later by signing the original contract FedEx to me.
