Phone interview by HR first and then she sends the questioner test which is basically personality test type of questions. Because HR is based in Toronto it takes a while til they coordinate or set up a meeting with the administrator. So i got to meet with the manager. People are very friendly at the interview and it just felt like a casual meeting. It was 4 years ago so it might have changed by now. But administrator is really friendly and makes interviews so easy.
