phone call, then a group interview and 1-1.
Mainly wanting to find out your experiences and if you've done your research on the brand and what products they carry on the store that you are applying to.
Make sure you are outspoken in the group interview and be well dressed (incl.full face makeup and hair done)
the interview process just a one to one interview where i was asked a series of questions, mostly about my experience, sales , customer service etc. the questions could be quite tricky as you needed to take a certain amount of time in order to answer- such as 'what are you strengths and weaknesses' and i needed to answer in detail and take up to 5 miniutes for a response

The interview was booked in quickly and they worked with my availability which was great. General competency interview. Lasted around 20 minutes. Was easy and relaxed. The interviewer was friendly and listened to what I was saying. The interview was quick I didn’t think I’d be offered the job.
