I received an email from on of the hiring managers then we proceeded to schedule a time for our phone interview. Once the interview began the human resources manager was very friendly. I followed up the interview with a series of emails but received no response. I am unsure why my emails went unanswered, as I was told follow up emails were ok.

Three rounds total—HR phone screening, hiring manager, multiple managers. Very straight-forward. No editorial test. Asked questions about my internship experience, favorite authors, and ideal working environment. Very stress-free. Full process was pleasant overall
The interview was really friendly and came in two stages. They asked about experience, education and lots of competency based questions. Asked about experience and included a written task to complete ahead of the interview which was then discussed as a question.
hr screening, next round editors, readers report, then another interview. Typical questions — not extremely difficult, but definitely pays off to research the imprint and its list. Complete that readers report asap!
