Entrevista
I had 3 interviews. First with HR, second with the National Sales Manager, the 3rd was with the Regional Manager. Interview process was quite normal. When asked regional about how my background stacks up to what she was looking for she said she thought I would be a great fit for the company. Was told interview with her would be by Skype but it was over the phone. It was a routine interview. She said I would hear from her in a few days for final interview with the President. Instead I received an email from hr that I would not be moving on. This was surprising. There is no reason why I would not be moving on. The position is still open. It appears that the Harper Group
is a very dysfunctional company. They are newer in the industry and their TM’s have over 40 lines in their toolbox. Things have a way of working out for the best. I must say I was taken aback by the way I was treated. I would not put a lot of credence in this company.

Entrevista
Went through 3 rounds of interviews (recruiter, regional sales manager, VP of sales) and felt pretty great about the interactions across the board. They stated they would reach out to me by the end of the week with next steps. I received an email from the recruiter one week afterward stating they were still deliberating and I should have a response in a few days. It's now been an additional 2 weeks and despite reaching out to the recruiter inquiring about the status of the role, no response. I spent hours of my time and energy to be ghosted. Truly frustrating and foreshadows that this company does not respect nor value their employees.
