Horrible experience! Nice folks but not very professional. Staff not prepared for the interview, difficulty in finding an office to conduct interview, 20 mins late starting, video link would not work, positioned me with camera angle at back of my head, extremely difficult and nearly impossible to communicate with staff present in interview while trying to face backwards to see/face interviewer on video link. Very inexperienced recruiter that mostly talked about her experience as a kelly girl or some staffing agency. Asked the top 12 of the top 20 most frequently asked interview questions commonly found on any internet site and then questions my experience because I hire technicians and we administer oral & practical hands-on testing during the interview process and not just a simple video conference.Questioned my ability to use 100% video conf interviews and they couldn't get to work for my interview. Mt Hargrove, you have a great company but obviously a few weak links. Wasteful too, gave me 15bucks to pay for $9 parking
