I was asked to apply to a position and then to come in and interview. Wasted several hours on this company as they completely dropped the ball and failed to follow up. First if you ask someone to apply then take their time seriously. Second if you fail in communication then it is obvious why your company has problems. People and companies don't plan to fail, they just fail to communicate and plan.
