Had about a 30 minute interview. Was nervous and messed up a bit. Interviewer was nice and understanding of my nervousness. Asked a lot about previous leadership in jobs and specific instances I showed leadership. Asked about my logistic experience and how it pertains to the job. Basic questions with emphasis on giving specific example for certain situation. They offered me job at interview. Sent me paperwork couple days later. Couldn't disclose a wage in the interview except it starts at $10 an hour and depends what higher up offers and they have no control over it. Basically saying you're getting $10 more than likely and it's not changing. No drug tests and don't recall any personality or skills tests. More questions than most interviews, but nothing difficult. If you want a quick job here it is.

Well basically it was an interview and they asked questions and I answered them and then they were all like wow! and I was all like yep and for the love of christ have I met my 30 word minimum yet
