Took a long time to get an initial interview because manager was unavailable . Would call and have a worker there talk to the hiring manager 2-3 times a week, and would say call back another time. After the initial interview didn't hear a response for 2 weeks of yes or no. Finally got called back in for a second interview and got the job then. I thought it would be a much smoother process due to the constant turnover of the staff.
