The company sent an email to take an online assessment within 1 week. I had a lot of fun taking the assessment and I was supposed to hear back from them in 5-10 days, but I never received any response.
I really like the idea of the assessment but I feel that the company should at-least phone interview the candidate and get to know him/her before judging based on the assessment results

Had to complete a phone interview followed by a test and then a virtual interview with hiring managers. The phone interview was around 20 minutes and the virtual interview was 45 minutes.

The first interview was a phone screening with a recruiter. Super fun conversation and chill process. But for students who want to look for jobs starting at summer, they can’t hold a position for too long if you apply on October or so.

First interview was a phone call followed with a Zoom interview with 2 department managers. There was also a short test that was required to complete to assess compatibility for the position.
They sent the offer letter 2 days post interview.
