I had two rounds of interview. I first received an online assessment within a week of applying online. The assessment was very interesting and wasn't hard. Then had a phone interview with a recruiter within a week and half after completing the online assessment. The phone call was scheduled to be 30 minutes but lasted approximately an hour. The recruiter was very nice and pleasant to talk to. She did a really good job explaining Hanover's work to me. And she also took very deep interest in learning how I would like to contribute to Hanover and which team I would love to be a part of the most within the range of my interests.
There were no weird questions. The conversation flowed comfortably and all the questions were connected. From the phone conversation, I felt that Hanover really tries to find the best fit for the company and the role while preserves individuality and everyone's passion.

The first interview was a phone screening with a recruiter. Super fun conversation and chill process. But for students who want to look for jobs starting at summer, they can’t hold a position for too long if you apply on October or so.

Entrevista
First interview was a phone call followed with a Zoom interview with 2 department managers. There was also a short test that was required to complete to assess compatibility for the position.
They sent the offer letter 2 days post interview.
