Nice interview with the recruiting rep! Spoke to one of the Directors. She was fine but I was very shaken to receive the rejection email for the role I was currently interviewing for WHILE I WAS ON ZOOM IN THE MIDDLE OF MY INTERVIEW! So before my interview even ended she contacted the recruiter to let her know I did not go through. Very disrespectful and disheartening.

I applied online and a couple of weeks later I was asked to interview with the hiring manager. I interviewed with four team members and was asked to create a final presentation.
After my final presentation, I received a verbal offer from the recruiter that confirmed my salary expectations and next steps. There was no communication for a week. I emailed the recruiter to ask what was happening and when I could expect the final offer, only to learn they were continuing to interview candidates. The recruiter then ghosted me. The company seems pretty chaotic and disorganized. Makes you wonder how they conduct business if this is how they handle interviews.
