1-Screening: a "get to know you" call 2-Interview with hiring manager to talk about skills 3-Assessment on the software knowledge needed for the job. It was not easy, and it pretty much required to create a trial account to complete. 4-Interview with director. It seemed like a "get to know you" chat. The director was friendly and personable. 5-Waited an entire month for a decision. Followed up once a week on status but never received an actual rejection. I did receive a survey from Greenhouse on my experience, though. Overall, everyone was easy to talk to and get along with, and the process was quick up until the final interview. It shouldn't take a month to provide an answer to someone. It's also weird to send me a survey about my experience if you couldn't have the decency to send me a rejection notice. I tried following up with the recruiter about other positions as well - no reply. Ghosted.
