I was interviewing with about 5 other companies and Handshake showed the most professionalism/attentiveness. Any questions I had regarding the role or the company were answered in a timely manner. Started the interview process with a phone screen and was called into the office the following week. I appreciated the speed of Handshake's interview process. The in-person interview began with lunch (variety of choices) and was a bit tiring because it was 4 hours long, but Handshake employees make the time pass by quickly and the flow of the interview is very organic. Although the interview is longer than most, the Handshake staff makes sure that you're hydrated and fed throughout the process. The office view is amazing and you're allowed to go check out the office/ view. Overall it was an AMAZING interview process which was by far the most rewarding because of the free food and you get to meet people who are passionate about making a positive impact in the world through the Handshake platform which provides equal employment opportunities for students regardless of background/location!
