Initial phone interview went very well. I spoke with the doctor's assistant who seemed to be asking pre-written questions and writing down my answers. Next was a face to face with her. The office and work culture were undergoing a complete change which seemed to be quite refreshing. Several days later I was called to come in for a group interview. This went very well and I felt very comfortable with my interviewers. Finally, I was called to come back in one more time, this time with the head doctor. He offered me the position; with a beginning salary that was way below my expectations, but he promised to give me a substantial raise in 90 days, after I "proved myself". I accepted the offer.
