Twice, I waited over an hour and had to contact the recruiter to remind the Vice President I was calling. Starting Base Salary was discussed at first Interview. During the interview process, they revealed that the position would entail running two to three departments and we renegotiated salary requirements and average salary. When the position was offered, it was offered at less than the starting base pay of an entry level position. Need less to say that they recruiter was quite embarrassed and apologized. A very unprofessional upper management team.
