I arrived early for the interview, as you should. Filed out abit of paperworkand waited for the interview. The interviewer was over 30 minutes late from our scheduled time. The interview considered of tell me about yourself, what you want, etc. The interviewer told me she was unorganized and needed people to help her, she wasn't kidding. The rest of interview was taking about the job and salary behind it, which was the biggest embarrassment of a number I've heard so far in my career. She needed to excuse herself twice to talk to other members during the interview. It didn't see like a well put together interview and alongside the salary number, not the place to be.
