Once we crack the interview with manager the job is almost with you. Finally hr will send you the offer letter. We have to sign and resent it to hr and have to submit all the educational certificates.

Applied with a referral. recruiter called me and asked me a few questions nothing hard or overwhelming. Since i knew someone inside working who was referring me it was much easier to get in. Face to face and asked me general questions. Gave me a offer a few days later.
