I applied on the Halliburton website. The hiring manager for the engineering department contacted me based on previous job experience. I had an initial interview on the phone and then an onsite visit to make sure that it was the kind of job I wanted. It was extremely straightforward. On the other hand, the actual hiring process was extremely convoluted and confusing. Expect to never know what you're supposed to do next until someone calls you and tells you to immediately go do something.

There were no difficult questions. It was mostly just small talk and a little bit of personal backstory about previous jobs and my education. The easiest interview process I've ever had.

There are three days campus recruitment process. Starting from written test in day 1, FGD in day 2, and, short interview in day 3. FGD was pretty casual, you'll be given 15 minutes to discuss a case, and depends on when your turn on presenting is, 1-2 hours to solidate the case outside while waiting for presentation turn. If you pass, you'll get into user interview the next day.

The test was conducted entirely online on our own devices; the venue had weak mobile signal and there was no option to take the test on paper, so a lot of time was lost just connecting and loading questions.
