CV screening, telehonic interview and if you accept whatever offered salary ...you are onboard...most of the time they dont offer as per your knowledge , skills and experience . Just keep away from this company specially in India.

There are two interviews. the first one is the technical interview which you have with the services manager and the principal consultant, after which if you are successful, you will be invited to the HR interview.
