I applied through an employee. I sent my resume and other associated material and was scheduled for an interview fairly quickly. I had a phone interview then was asked to come by in person. They accidentally double booked me so I ended up having to go through another round of interviews. Not horrible but everything was pretty fast except them reaching out to let me know they didn't choose me for the role.
