within few days i applied online, I did phone interview with CFO. Few days later, in person interview with CFO. Few days later, in person interview with executive director.

The interview process consisted of an initial general phone interview followed by a 3 person panel interview. The questions were general in nature with the exception of questions regarding accounting software conversions. The Organization will be implementing MIP in the next 6 months and would like to hire someone with conversion experience.
