The interview was straightforward, about an hour long and consisted of a mix of standard interview questions and job-specific scenario questions. HR, the Project Manger and the Department Director were present.

The interview process at Habitat is conducted in stages. This is followed by an interview with the Senior Project Manager to assess project management and operational readiness. The final stage is an interview with the user to ensure alignment with team needs and working dynamics.
