It would be helpful if the communication timeline could be improved, with quicker updates or at least a clear indication of when candidates can expect feedback. This would make the experience more transparent and efficient for applicants.

The interview process was very interesting. They had 2 stages of interview, first with the manager and second with the CHRO. Very pleasant experience. They really took their time to listen and analyse answers.
