I received an email from the recruiter and gave me some homework like questions. after turning those in I got a phone interview. phone interview fairly straight forward questions surrounding test cases and the logic needed to create them, plus some questions about circuits and testing equipment. I got an on site interview the next week. Had an offer the next day.

Applied online through LinkedIn job post. Received an email from recruiter a week or so later. Recruiter scheduled a video-call interview with testing manager, software test supervisor, and electrical hardware supervisor. In addition, also gave some pre-interview questions to go over for interview. Questions had testing, electrical, and thought process type questions. Had the video interview which took a little over an hour. To my surprise, the next day the recruiter emailed to schedule a second interview at the facility the next week. Drove 3 hours to facility and had a 2 hour interview with the same three interviewers. For this interview was given a different set of questions to review. After interview got a tour of the facility which was pretty awesome. Got to see the testing area and got to see some of the machines they are working on. I really messed myself up on the second interview. A lot of the things that I seemed like I didn't know, I did think about it but I was worried about overcomplicating the solutions to the questions. The interviewers basically held my hand through every question. This process was a great learning experience for me. Definitely know that I won't be receiving an offer, but going through this process and getting to see the facility is keeping me motivated to look for work in the automation industry.
