The interview was conducted over Microsoft Teams. The questions were primarily situation based, where I was asked what I’d do in certain circumstances, and how my previous experience related to the role. The interviewers made me feel very welcome, despite being done remotely. I am rating this interview negatively as I received absolutely no follow up correspondence. I was never told whether I had got the job and even after reaching out directly, asking for some feedback, it seemed as though my response had fallen on deaf ears.
