im going to be honest I haven't gotten any offers or interviews yet, but im hoping to get one from any companies similar to HSBC anytime soon and break into this industry successfully

Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
2 assessments. First assessment comprises of situational mcq questions and quantitative questions. Second assessment comprises of video interview questions where they give you a situation and ask how you would handle the situation
