Its very easy interview, you have to be just good communication skill and numerical knowledge, then that is perfact job for you with good benefits. and they have a haibrid work culture also, with good training programs and very helpful team enverment.

Till me about a situation when I deal with upset customer and how i handle it and make customer happy et the end
Submit online application and passed online simulation, similar to what role would entail. Had a telephone interview, then in person interview at the building. Interview was okay but started late and felt rushed. Completed online based interview. Lengthy process for minimum salary, and long hours. Took 14 days to hear back. Not worth the hassle
