HSBC conduct a Job Simulation type assessment. Unfortunately, you cannot prepare answers for potential questions like hirevues, sonru etc. They test your natural instinct when dealing with challenges in the role, clients and colleagues.

Stage 1: Verbal and numerical online assessments Stage 2: Phone interview with HR (mostly behavioural questions) Stage 3: Half day assessment centre We were asked lots of questions on our past experiences so make sure you think about situations where you showed teamwork, leadership, creativity, ability to overcome challenges etc. Try to be concise in your answers and demonstrate specific skills.
