You should submit an online application, then you will get a link to do an online immersive assessment. Once you finished, a job simulation assessment will be required to complete.
Each step will take approximately 40 minutes to complete. The overall process is good.

talk about yourself and given a situation to answer
1st round: self intro with HR .
2nd round : some basic understanding of department campaign and some about the cv ( not very hard and takes about 30 min)
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience

Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
