Telephone Interview and Online Assesment.
Apply online then get invited to complete the online assessment. If you pass this assessment you then get a chance to complete a telephone interview. Got given an offer within a week. Asked general questions for the interview, it was someone from HR asking the questions. It lasted about 20mins. The online assessment was fairly general, with maths questions.

Why HSBC?
I have passed the online test and a few months later, I received a phone interview with both technical and motivational questions for about 25min. Questions ranges from opinions on recent news to why specific division in HSBC.
