Online assessment test with questions regarding business operations and potential scenarios. There is also a part of the test where you must record your answers via video. Overall, it is pretty fun and easy to navigate.
Very pleasant experience. After the test, the second round was made up of Video based scenarios including multiple choice questions, drafting an email and recording a video response.
