The HR quite efficient in the sense of they called a week after I applied for this position..but they didn't tell me what to bring during the interview. It just like I just need to bring my original certs and photo..that's it...The interviewers were quite friendly, asked so many questions...tried to make the interviewee feels comfortable...asked a lot about past experience and how it will fit the applied the position..

Fairly good, more on skills and market knowledge/ financial products. First round was HR Manager for a telephonic VC with manager and HR discussion for salary which was a good hike.
