Entrevista
The first stage is an HR phone interview, during which we identify your preferences. The second stage is a one-on-one online interview with the direct manager, lasting approximately 30 minutes.
Applied online, then online assessment. After two months or so, contacted by HR via phone about whether to proceed with a certain role, accepted on the call and scheduled a Zoom interview with two managers.
First is personality test then video interview, about half hour, after about 2 weeks, they will ask u about the preferences on departments, then receive hr call 1 month later.
Virtual interview: Surveys & video(?)
HR Interview Round: Informed of skills required for positions available, not necessarily given according to your preference
Line Manager Interview: Behavioral questions, job, and past experiences,
