Questions around difficult customers and your ability to handle pressure yes and no questions in regards to would you or would you not help in this situation and will you or will you not break your ethics to go out of your way to help the customer

It was over the phone, and I was asked several questions regarding my background and experience. It took 30 minutes, and the interviewer asked me some follow-up questions as well
The interview is short, the interviewer is nice and friendly. Ask about working expereince and future plan. I am not sure if the interviewer likes me or not, but generally is a good interview experience.

Face to face interview where numerous competency based questions were asked.
Two people conducted the interview, one person asked the questions and the other took notes.
Enough opportunity was given to think ahout the answers and ask any questions as well.
